CRC Order

Hey guys bought some things from CRC on Friday and paid by credit card not Paypal as I am not registered with them. On the website it still shows as the order being processed, anybody maybe have an idea how long it takes to ship out or clear on their side? I opted for the DHL option to deliver as I need some of the goods asap. Any help will be appreciated

There may be a part that has gone out of stock, even though it showed in stock when you paid. Just email them. It happened to me, I would still be waiting now if I hadn't queried.

My order arrived 2 months ago, it still says processing. They ignore your emails so I phoned after about 3 days and was told the package had been shipped the day after I ordered. Took a total of 7 days with Parcelforce

And if it has been shipped tell them you are not the only one experiencing a bug in their system.

On a slight tangent, I recently placed an order with Wiggle.co.uk and their order tracking is very good. They sent an emai on order receipt; another when it had been processed and packed; another with the tracking number once it was collected by the shippers; and another today saying that the shipping tracking shows that the order has arrived in SA and that I should now track it through SAPO.

They always respond to me emails. Give them 48 hours to do so.

Placed my order with CRC last week Tuesday and it arrived at my post office today. I must say they have been pretty good with responding to my emails. I used Parcel Force and tracked the shipment on route. The problem with using DHL is that the parcel goes through a different system and subjected to more handling, customs clearing, customs inspections, receiver queries and inspections and often takes longer than expected. I know this because I work with international cargo on a daily basis.

 

CRC allocate an EE tracking number and when it arrives in SA you can call 0860111502 to get the local tracking number for your parcel.

Jwagga you can search on the hub, lots of threads about crc. Parts will be site price + 15,4%, then shipping and R25 for the post Office handling fee
