Visited topics not being remembered correctly

Anyone else having issues with the site not remembering which threads they've visited? Started happening yesterday. I've tried in Firefox and IE and same behaviour happens on both, so I doubt it's a permissions thingy.

I'm having the same problem.

I use the 'Mark all forums as read' option, it remembers that, but it doesn't remember when I actually visit a thread.

When we had the slowdown issues last week some settings were disabled to reduce load on the server - including topic marking tracking. It's meant to continue functioning as normal using cookies, but I noticed this morning that it wasn't "remembering".

 

I'll make some changes tonight to allow re-enabling without effecting performance too much.
