Anyone who parks THAT bad the first time has no intention to reverse and fix it. He was probably leaving.

 

Ya, I agree on the leaving, but if you look at the rear wheels, I reckon he was parked just fine. And no-one on the right, so swung early on the way out. Remember, it's rear wheel drive, so the front would move a lot.

Note the reverse lights. Don't jump to conclusions.

 

That looked like light reflection to me so I never noted it at first ... but yes .. looks like he / she was over two bays initially.
