Similar yes. Sometimes they have two groups, (faster and slower). Fast guys used to be just that tad too fast for me, and the slower guys just that tad too slow for me.

Distance is about similar to what we do (route about the same, they just start and finish at CWC, so sometimes they go out over Majik forest, or back over Majik Forest.)

Cape cobra recovery, Hi guys & girls, hope you are all well. My recovery is slowly but surely on the way.I have gained 11 kg in total and still need more weight in my legs and butt. Dr. says it will take about 18 months to recover fully and be myself again.Only problem,i'm going for physio 2 days a week for my right arm and its painfull.Dr.indicate that i should get 95% healing of my hand and should be able to touch my shoulder, which i'm struggle to do and can only lift 3kg at the moment.HOWEVER on a happier note,im getting my bike tomorrow from cyclelab, and i can't wait to get on, even though the Dr. recommend to wait and told me to take it easy. But then again,i hope your guys won't say anything to him and let me join you when you pkanning a short ride.LOL.
