Musashi Posted May 11, 2011 Share How hectic are the tests? Will I be able to go back to the office without a shower?
Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted May 11, 2011 Share yes - you can go back without a shower. It's a simple step-test, with 4 sessions of 2 minutes with a 30 second rest inbetween each session. But it's not a hectic step test - more to measure how fast it takes you to reduce your heart rate to a lower level.

SeaBee Posted May 12, 2011 Share "Comfy clothes"...? Would jeans and tekkies cut it?! Interested - work in TechnoPark, so I'll most likely be able to stroll up there on the Friday. Fitness not what it should be at this stage, though...
Tankman Posted May 12, 2011 Share There is no real dress code If you are comfortable in jeans, no problem! Doing the step test in shorts or loose fitting trousers/tracksuit might be more comfortable. We have a changing room if you want to bring a change of clothes. Please book your appointment with Stefanie, Friday is filling up quickly now!
