Somewhere between Theresa Ave no 45 and Victoria Rd 4b campsbay cape town at about 7 am Friday 20 May, my orange santa cruz tallboy probably fell off my bike rack while I was driving. This is a short 5 minute journey and on reaching my destination I immediately noticed my bike was missing. I immeditely retraced my route but there was no sign of my bike. Whoever found it has decided to keep it and not notify the local police station. It is also possible that my bike was perhaps stolen off the back of my car while I was waiting at the robots outside the pick 'n pay in campsbay. It is a bit of a mystery as to what happened to my bike. Please be on the lookout for this bike. It has white handle grips.

I'm your truly law abiding citizen that even stick to the speed limit (thanks Landy), but hell, a Santa Cruz Tallboy, whatever colour, lying along the road with a few scratches on, is going to be some temptation. I'll seriously think about taking it home to nurse it back to full health before trying a little bit to find it's owner. Maybe I'll even put an ad in the Vladivostoc newspapers lost and found. Only problem that I foresee is that my trusty old mare may be a bit miffed if I bring a young thing with 29' legs home.

Seriously SQ, I hope it find it's way home!

Sad for you're loss, but mate you saying you never once looked in your rear view mirror on the way home and realized somethings wrong? Hope you get her back though.
