I mounted the fork last night, quick exercise.

 

Then the Uncut steerer came into play. I have to find all the spacers I have and "borrowed some" of another bike to get enough of a stack on there. It looks like a pole coming out of my headset, this I will get cut down tomorrow.

 

Next came the brake mounting exercise. I had and adaptor that I thought would work, but just never got this right, will have to buy a new one tomorrow at the same time.

 

Took the bike for a spin though around the block and the fork feels great.

Oh gosh, new toys always inspire people to ride their steeds, I can see my inbox getting full of "When we commuting" mails...

 

Glad you got 150 and not 140 like mine...wanna swap forks?

Sure.

 

I have a 140mm Fox Float 32R that I will happily swop for your Revelation. You will have to pay in a little though, so the next few coffee's will be on you. That is if you are man enough for the cold.
