Speak to the guys at Cycle Lab. They go on Saturday but from Benoni. On Sunday they do road ride from the shop. Also Finish Line in Kempton. They have rides from their shop on weekends.

They don't namby pamby around, and they don't wait for anyone. Be fit or don't try and keep up with them. Other than that it's a good ride.

Dose anyone know what time these rides leave? Dunno. I only ever done sundays with them. Saturdays is for an equally fast ride with bedfordview raceday on the tar.
