I just want to share an experience of outstanding customer service that I received recently, something that goes amiss in SA so often. I bought a CycleOps trainer, and after only using it for a few weeks, it started making a terrible noise. I made a video and sent it to the distributor, Bicycle Power Trading. They distribute CycleOps powertap products, Indoor trainers, Niteflux lights and bike racks.

 

A very efficient member of the team, Mike, contacted me the very same morning offering me a brand new trainer in exchange for my faulty one, no questions asked.

Although this in itself is a testament of their commitment to customer service, they even sent the new trainer and arranged collection of mine on the same day a week later, ensuring that I don't miss a single day of training.

 

Just wanted to share that and say thanks to Bicycle Power, you guys rock!
