cyclist knocked over in t/view

A friend of mine was knocked off his bike on monday morning in tableview opposite the Kentucky.

 

The driver came from behind and turne into the parking area right in front of the guy and took him out.

 

Luckily he did not land under the wheels and only incurred minor injuries but it could have been much worse.

 

The stupid driver afterwards shrugged his shoulders and said he had his indicators on.

 

These accidents are ocurring almost on a daily basis now.

 

When is it going to be adressed ?

personally I think you must carry one of those cattle prods pushing out 950 000 volts,that will put a spark in there a...s....s....Nothing beats that shocked look
