SwissVan Posted August 3, 2011 Share I managed to bend the RH brake lever (XTR 2011) last night. The levers are quite short and stubby and as a result its quite difficult to reach it now.I'm going to try straighten it first, but in a worst case scenario.... Anyone know if the lever can be purchased and changed without to much hoo ha? Have not had a chance to check on line if the levers are available as spare parts or if they can be replaced.... Looking at the lever assembly I suspect Shimano wont be selling any of the parts required separately.....

schmoose Posted August 3, 2011 Share heat it up with boiling water before you bend it, that shimano stuff has a tendency to snap.

Hopefully wont need to buy a new one tho
