Rearend kicking up

Why is it that my rear-end kicks up on my full suspension bike evry time I hit a steap take-off on a jump?

Am I running my rebound on my fork to slow? Should I comrpess my fork more before I hit the jump?

are you shifting your center of gravity far back enough to stop this?

If you are then its a fork/shock issue,

Otherwise it's just a case of not doing enough.

Would be best to just go on a ride with a shock/fork pump and presuming yours has adjustable rebound you just go and tweak it here and there until you find something that works for you.

Rear shock has to much pressure for your weight or your rebound setting is wrong.

Slow your rebound on your rear shock. Simple as that!

Generally run your fork quite fast, your rear quite slow.
