Marius Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 I think you should inform them now that after this is settiled you are canceling your insurance with them for both your car and household insurance as well.

Malkie Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Strange I have had 2 claims with Santam,through my broker that were cycling related,one recently for a frame and one a couple of years ago for a wheelset,never had any issues,there wasnt even an assesor involved,in both cases payment was made within a week,all I had was a replacement quote from my lbs.Maybe it pays to go through a broker
