Airborne Posted August 27, 2011 Share So I have been looking for a BMX for my son for a while now, I have been scouring Gumtree and Junkmail for ages without sucess.I was seriously considering the Raleigh Burner at Makro, currently on special.Anyway long story short, I walked past cash crusaders this afternoon and found a GT 24" Power Series BMX looking for a new home. They were not prepared to drop the price, so I took it for R699.00. (Makro Raleigh 20" R499.00 on special) It needs some work but its in all round good nick with most of the original parts. After a bit of research I understand it's a 06 model. I went with my heart on this one. Anyone know anything more about this model?
Manchillz Posted August 27, 2011 Share It is an old racing BMX, allot better than a Burner...those things are a waste of money!so ya, good buy.Its a solid bike with strong parts...child proof. Edited August 27, 2011 by Manchillz
javadude Posted August 27, 2011 Share For what you paid its a total bargain, light years better than a makro special

udxcob Posted August 27, 2011 Share Omw a brilliant buy well doneThe fork, bars and seat are not original the bars are too high for a cruiser but still a good buy Edited August 27, 2011 by udxcob
geecee Posted August 27, 2011 Share bmx bikes are hardly ever kept original. Def better than a burner, you could easily get the same for it if u needed to sell again
