To whom it may concern,

 

We refer to the meeting held between the affiliates and the CSA board on Friday the 16^th November 2007 and hereby formally request a special congress to be called, giving the required 21 days notice, said meeting to deal specifically with three issues only, these are:

 

1.       Calling for the resignation of The President of Cycling South Africa:

 

2.       Nominating and electing an interim president who shall be in place until the congress in April next year;

 

3.       Implementing a policy and process on good corporate governance.
