heed0 Posted September 25, 2011 Share that looks like alien goo, i'd be worried.... i'd be on the lookout for aliens... my suggestion: stock up on ammo and food, barricade yourself in a panic room and just wait the situation out.

jmaccelari Posted September 25, 2011 Share It is - quite possibly. Depending on the sealant. CO2 can coagulate latex based sealants - I read somewhere it has something to do with the CO2 going into solution and forming an acid, thus reducing the pH and turning the latex into rubber. I believe you can get N2O bombs that won't do this, but it's probably cheaper to just replace the sealant if you bomb regularly (you should do so anyway). As for the brand - this'll happen to any latex based sealant, no matter how much people vouch for it. Chemistry in one bottle is equivalent to chemistry in another.. Johan Bornman Posted September 25, 2011 Share In my experience a fetus turns blue if you zap it with CO2. This one is still alive with plenty of oxygen pumping through its veins. This was discussed and explained here: https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/101621-co2-bombs-dry-up-sealant/page__st__20__p__1384573__hl__acidic__fromsearch__1#entry1384573 Edited September 25, 2011 by Johan Bornman
