I got the whole 6 disc set. Very good, but have never buckled down to use it. I'm planning on starting to use it come January.

Yep, bought the 6 pack disc set and registered to receive weekly mails.

 

Liked the DIFFERENT training plans, especialy for off season indoor training. The regular emails always had some usefull training info and ideas.
