Garmin is Garmin no matter where you buy it. I've imported quite a few Garmins, I don't like the stupid blue colour scheme of the Edge 500, clashes with my bike  Had units replaced and worked on without issue, last time they asked me to pay like R400 for an international warranty, no problem!

Zac.A Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 I'm gonna get mine delivered to a friend who's in the US for a week, then he can bring it back.Won't have to pay VAT either because the US value is under R3000.
