I can confirm that the pics are from the original Axis Bikes, which I launched in Australia early in 2011.  We are not associated in any way with Scott, nor the budget range which are on sale in SA currently. We are an independent manufacturer/retailer with a presence (currently) only in Australia and UAE. Much as I would like to have a presence in SA, I suspect the parent company of the bikes currently available wouldn't be pleased (watch this space). Daniel
