GWilson Posted November 14, 2011 Share Back2Basics 2011/12 Training Camps In response to numerous requests I will be holding a series of training camps from the beginning of December until the end of January 2012. The target group, although not exclusive to, will be ages 14-20. Day, week and weekend options are available. The camps will be dedicated to developing an endurance base through varied and supported rides in the South of Johannesburg. Each camp (day, week or weekend) will focus on specific cycling and life skills lessons. These lessons will be reinforced by experiential team-building activities.
