Squier Posted December 5, 2011 Share Flowlink is not something you buy, it's the "technology" used to transfer data. Note that I used inverted commas, because it's not the greatest of technology, although is does work. Do a search. There are threads explaining the process. Downloading data from your CS300 is done via the microphone of your laptop or pc. If you go to "Connect" and then "Send" on the watch you'll hear that it makes a sound similar to what the old 56k modems used to make. The data is transferred through these soundwaves to your PC via your PCs microphone. Download the software from the polar website. I am assuming you are referring to a CS300, as I'm not sure what the CS300x is... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Polar FlowLink is an accessory used to transfer data between a Polar product and polarpersonaltrainer.com. Polar FlowLink makes it easy to transfer data between your training computer and polarpersonaltrainer.com. Simply connect it to a PC with its USB connection. Active Monkey Posted December 5, 2011 Share As a previous owner of a cs300 i can assure you that that data transfer using a mic is a nightmare and almost never works. I eventually just got a garmin. So if I have my computer on and I access the download option on the watch, does the computer automatically pick it up or is there something that I need to activate on the computer first?
