Cytek & Merida DO THE BUSINESS

My 3-year old Merida HFS 3000D cracked it's frame on chainstay weld. Claim put in with Cytek pm Thursday lunchtime, Warranty claim approved Monday by phone [no questions asked, and no bullsh*t], new frame being delivered to the Merida dealer of my choice tomorrow, Robbie & Derek at Cytek & Merida Bikes YOU GUYS ALL ROCK !!!!

 

Geez it's Tuesday 4:46 and Crown Cycles have rebuilt the bike with a frame delivered on time. HOLY CRAP THATS GOOD SERVICE ALL AROUND !!

See my topic as well - will update soon. Had some serious trouble with my first Merida bike, entry level at that, no fault on the manufacturer's side. Dereck replaced the whole bike with no questions asked, no hassles, all within one day.
