Surprising to hear the positive comments after my experiences - so perhaps it is a regional thing... I'm in Kyalami so guess would be the same office as Midrand....

Well after all the hassles I had for three days in trying to speak to someone, Telkom have now already been to my house and connected me up. I waited 1 day, lol.

 

I cannot believe it, absolutely gobsmacked. If only the call centre operators worked with the same ethos as the Technicians.

Our business Lines were down. Called them in the morning and they came before lunch. Couldn't believe it. Thought the guy was lying when he arrived. I was expecting them to come a week or two later.

I tend to agree.

 

I log calls myself online. Seems to speed things up.
