Alas if anything it is getting worse.I have been doing the ice thing and Voltaren.I am in Sunninghill, can anybody suggest a doctor please? Call your local hospital I think there is a Netcare one in your area. Ask them about the orthopeadic surgeons in their hospital and choose one. Good luck.
