Brilliant Blend is the South Australian marketing slogan for attracting investment/tourism etc.

So I guess they are the sponsor. The award is for the team with the best time (based on their three top riders).

The GC results show that Gerrans and Valverde have the exact same time.

 

Gerrans was crowned the winner. How was the winner chosen in this event? Anybody knows the rules?
