hey man i did a nice loaf of bread in the weber last night after i did the roast chicken with baked onions and baked potatoes.

 

Sweetie destroyed the ovens switch on friday night so we got no oven now i gotta do the stuff in the weber.

 

nice rasin bread with butter and korrel konfyt. I can cook quite well see that is my weight problem i love to eat as well. I spoil Sweetie every now and again let her relax and i do the cooking at home .

I saw a nice Wine cooler fridge thingie at boardmans the other day . I need to put that on my birthday list  That all you need Cois about the size of a bar fridge can hold about 24 bottles and only about 2.5 k I think i need one of them !!!

that chicken is just so juicy in the Weber and a deboned leg of lamb eish man too nice . I think i will do that for lunch tomorrow stuffed deboned leg . mushroom ham and cheese stuffing . nee man hier gaan ons al weer no more food stuff ok promise Cois change the topic jy maak nie mooi man

those braais are just so versatile. i must remember to get my rotisserie attachment from the ex's housei got one of those beer-butt stands for chicken the other day.

yea holy that beer but chicken is so nice . I did not have a beer tin yesterday and i just poured the beer in the drip tray worked just as well
