I am gonna try it again, just with a black backdrop this time and maybe some more light.

I normally do those premixed muffin ones and just add some nuts and orange or lemon rind to the mixture. Suppose they will work in the weber too must try it on the lot at home but to make a fire so early in the morning not too hot

yea holy that beer but chicken is so nice . I did not have a beer tin yesterday and i just poured the beer in the drip tray worked just as well 

 

you can also try it with a just juice tin.
