Can I catch the finsh before I start?

we are starting at 8:18. First time for both of us. Looking forward to it immensely :-)

 

I'm not sure of the layout of the start/finish areas or how close to each other they are, but is it likely to be possible for us to watch the leaders finish before my 8:18 start?

You start in CT central and finish in a few km away in Greenpoint, its gonna be an extremely tight rush to get to your start group in time.

I doubt u would be able to. Pros start at 6h00 and unless they do it in 2hrs flat you won't catch finish. You can always start with a later group I'm not sure if organizers will penalize you and it will reflect your true time on results

I might do that then - watch the finish and just start with a later group. my GF isn't as fast as me and we'll be riding at her pace - so we're gonna be on the road most of the day anyway ;-)

Your START CHUTE Works with a time gap, OPENS AT 07H30 and will Close at about 08h45. Finnish is a Congested 2.5 Km away through Open Traffic. But you Can START IN ANY Group After. Enjoy!
