Mavic slr coverting to lefty

Ive got a set of normal QR Mavic SLR's.

 

The thing i want to know can these be converted to fit on a lefty? If ao what bike shop in pta can do that for me?

Or would it be better just to buy a new lefty front wheel?

You have to source a lefty hub, mavic, easton and cannondale each make one, think you have to order from abroad though.

Would be cheaper to rebuild wheel with Lefty compatible hub opposed to getting whole new wheel.
