It is, my last one took me just under 4 and a half hours. It sucks riding that far on your own.

Flat and fast.

Problem with flat and fast is that you are ALWAYS pedaling, no long downhills to rest the pins

I dont mind always pedaling coz I can get a rhythm going, and Im a sucky hill climber

Anybody done this one before and willing to give a little input with regards the course?

Is it a very technical route?

Is there a route profile?

What would the average times be for the 40km and 70km?

 

We are a few guys keen on riding but still debating whether we try the 40km or 70km. Some say go big or go home, I dunno so much.
