Looking for a MTB stem with a rise (actually a drop)

of around 16,17,18 degrees 110 mm. 31.8

 

Usually the rise is around 6 degrees, have seen some 30 degrees...looking for something in between.

 

Prefer not to go for an adjustable stem.
