Is this the right tool?

I have this crank on my bike:

And have bought this tool to get it off with, is it right?

Not sure as I see the non drive side of my crank has a funny star insert and the Parktool seems to be different?

Korrek, that would be the tool for the BB and the LHS retention nut.

 

The trick is to loosen the 2 crank pinch bolts before trying to remove the retention nut, otherwise you'll just break something.

There is a plastic tool attached to the handle of the BB remover - use that to remove the star-thingie. The cranks only need an allen key to remove. The tool you bought is to remove the BB.

 

The star-thingie goes in first - it pulls the cranks together to the right tension.

Thanks guys, thought I might have wasted some money but I did not see any other tools for this.
