Iron, what did you use for the "seatpost clamp" on the first stand?

 

 

Home made from scratch , 50mm steel pipe cut and welded into a "T" then the one side cut length ways and two built hinges welded on the other side as you can see in the pic had a adjustable SS quick clamp fitted . then I lined the inside with 10mm rubber .

Hi guys

 

I am making service stands as a hobby, I am Wynand from ARC Stands as a hubber mentioned earlier. I have redesigned and improved my stands and they are now in the league with the Parktools PCS 9 stand. They will be selling for only R900 a stand.
