Stand over height between anthem XW (m) and Anthem X mens Small.

So i'm looking into and anthem W or men's small for my lady, but i see the geometries are very similar except the stand over height - 32.2 for the Women's Medium and 30.4 for the men's small.

there are only slight differences in the top tube and head tube, also tiny difference in the wheel base. could this be a typo on the sight?
