Yes, but with holes drilled in the blade. The lever in your picture is Nouvo Record, with the vertical name logo and non-drilled blades. Super Record look like this:

Sad, I see that was re-sprayed, and they got paint all over the chainrings. Slowbee, get, fix it, flog it. It's far too big for you anyway.

I bought a near original Gazelle to try customizing it as a SS...but decided not to because of the condition of the bike.

It is still completely original with the Campy Nuovo gruppo (bought a rear der from TNT1 as the bike has a Shimano 600 on it)

 

 

I was looking for something like you have there. I am thinking of selling this one to a collector or something and then look for something like you have found.....
