ccc2 Posted September 17, 2012 Share the paardeberg circuits must be one of the hardest routes to race on. to average 38-40 kph for that course means the standard of racing is high.

MTB_Roadie Posted September 17, 2012 Share That's brilliant, JB!Must be those new hoops, eh?   Nah, that's hard work! I would say it is a bit of both, but training mainly, the wheels felt fantastic, they are amazingly stiff, no flex at all! I think the wind coming from all directions as you turn defenitely made it interesting. the paardeberg circuits must be one of the hardest routes to race on.to average 38-40 kph for that course means the standard of racing is high. This is my first time I raced it, and I really enjoyed it, it was very hard but the rolling hills made it awesome. defenitely one of the most challenging courses I ever ridden. well done Thanks, havn't seen you cycling for a while? andydude Posted September 20, 2012 Share I think it's the 12.5km loop below. You start and finish there at the bottom part of the Paardeberg long lap.
