Iron Posted August 7, 2012 Share i dont use my remote lockout on my bike,how do i remove iti got a scalpel 29er (canondale lefty)2012 You need to buy the replacement internal on a lefty to be able to remove it . the replacement unit will make it look like the pbr and the pic above . its not so simple on those , contact omnico and see if they have stock then you will need to take it to a left service agent to get it swopped out . Iron Posted August 7, 2012 Share actually i think you will need to replace quite a bit . The PBR , that you are after is a push button system The remote one you currently have is a hydrolic system so i think you may have to replace the top stage of the internal cartridge . i have the pbr and have opened it for service and its nothing like the remote system . i could be wrong but call omnico as said . good luck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
