Cyclelab - Somerset West - RAVE

I just had my MTB serviced at Cyclelab Somerset West, and what a nice breath of fresh air.

I have used all the other cycle shops in the area in the past, and have had niggles (some bigger than others) with all of them. Cyclelab actually paid some attention to my service and gave my old steed some very good TLC.

Thanks guys! Good to see that these guys respect even the non-pro's with the not so expensive bikes (Johan Strombeck, thanks dude!)

Anyway, will definitely go back to them!

I had precisely the same experience at Somerset West CL.

Took my bike in, got it back, tested in the parking lot and I was not a 100% happy. They dropped everything there and then to sort it out. I was actually surprised by the response. I did not want to make a big deal of it because it wasn't, but they took it very seriously. It seems that is the way they do business. The will definitely see me again.

Yes Owen and the staff do things a little bit differently. I think Kyle is the guy in the workshop. For every time I have been in there everyone will come over and greet you as well. I always pop in there when I'm in SW. Keep it up. You will reap the benefits.

I was very impressed by their customer service and its much needed in Somerset West. I've yet to buy from them but they are my first choice for a local LBS.

Kyle Jansen van Rensburg? ..... if so, they have an exceptional person in the workshop.
