    Amazing work CJ! Did you develop the patterns yourself? Only just beginning myself with the hobby. Made 5 minimal wallets so far and one knife sheath. 2 wallets are usable and the sheath holds a knife, well sort of.. Hopefully I get better because I am really enjoying it even with the failures.

    As far as I know, galvanized metal creates toxic fumes if heated. Saw it somewhere on a knife making channel or something.

    Didn't Pat Morewood help design the VIPA? So if Momsem uses the knowledge they have at hand to help Morewood (The Company), Pat would have actually helped design the new Morewood (The Bike)...again.

    BMT was a Specialized supplier in Stellenbosch. They had a huge sale of all Specialized stuff and stopped carrying the brand altogether. This was just before they started finishing up the concept store. So it seems Specialized do not supply shops nearby a concept store.

    Hi Sepia, seeing that you are in Durban maybe you should try and find an old unused spinnaker sail from the harbor or surrounds. as far as I know it is a light and very strong material. Might work.
