mountainkings are a number of years old (3 or 4), and has lots of plugs in them - been running them with tubes, which is a serious ball ache for me.

 

you are welcome to them, but you should have a look at them first and then decide.

They are good tyres. Pity they are so damn hard to find.

Took the Black Dominatrix out for a spin around the green at Thaba.

 

and thats why it's called the dominatrix.

 

never before have i experienced pain and pleasure so much at the same time.

Also used the bike to pick up my car from it's service on friday morning.

The past weekend, wifey and i did a 60 odd km ride, which included hillsnacks, the part of the Silverstar route to the left, on top of hillsnax, and home. Must say, the 24 front 16 back combo, makes for interresting climbing.

 

was fun tho, i'm starting to get my head around the approach of obstacles, small climbs etc. Also some flat sections has me spinning like a tp, which is frustrating when the wife with all her gears buggers off into the distance...but then i just overtake her on the climbs again...
