There will be a forum meeting introducing the newly formed association and it's goals on Wednesday 22nd August 2012, 6pm.

TABLE MOUNTAIN MOUNTAIN BIKE FORUM (TMMTB Forum):

INAUGURAL MEETING

 

Interested parties are hereby invited to the inaugural meeting of the TMMTB Forum:

 

PURPOSE OF MEETING

To inform attendees on the developments in the need to establish a forum to negotiate with SANParks and other land owners regarding the use of mountain bikes within the Table Mountain National Park.

 

Proposed Agenda:

• Introduction and Background
  
• Mandate
  
• Draft Constitution
  

Date: 22 August 2012

Time: 6.00 PM
