Just go to any job website and look at all the BEE/AA only positions. How is this a Woolies only issue - get real. They just failed to use flowery wording in their job specs which is a lot more than can be said for other companies out there. They are simply calling a spade a spade - this is the result of our countries glorious legislation. Sandro 1
