4 days of not being able to connect, 3 days since I reported the fault and the problem persists. No feedback or info to let me know how long this is going to take. I run a business that revolves around emails and the net. Am just fed and frustrated!

 

Does anyone have a contact number for someone with at least half a brain at vodacon as I am not getting anywhere with their call centre and various area offices seems to employee half wits only!

Look, you'd best sit hard on them. I've had virtually NO useable data connection since the end of August and now they admit they're working on the towers in my area, which should be done by 4 October. But they're happy to take my money and won't let my unused data roll over to next month. Middle of it all they try to sell me a dongle (pfffflllllt). That's why: signing on more than they can cope with.

Try 082 155 (data issues) or 082 27597 (technician?!?)
