boxxer race 2008

So I got a pair of boxxer race forks second hand and was wondering how to make them better. I always had Marzocchi before and am used to the silky smooth travel and zero stiction. The boxxers are so sticky though that when you compress them they come up in little jerks, not smooth at all. Any tuning tips?

Have you had them serviced? New seals may go a long way...

Give them some TLC and see if things improve.
