RAVE: Buycycle experience

So the experience is not complete yet, collecting my wheelset this week, but though Rave is due where it has been earned so so long.

 

@Martin, what an awesome experience, firstly contacted buycycle via their contact us section, wanting to know what they can do for me on my selected wheelset, spoke color, hub colour.

 

Got a prompt call from Martin, all helpful, how can he help, what do I want to do,

 

I had some questions, he said he would get back, he got back, I phoned a couple of times wanting to know this or that, took the call every time, and when he could not, he phoned back,

 

Got a great deal on the wheelset, I mean great DEAL. placed my order.

 

Was told I'll get the wheels on Thursday/Tomorrow most prob,

 

Since placing the order, he has phoned me 4 times, with updates, he had to order my red hubs, they did not have stock, Phoned me the minute they got them.

 

Kudu's for keeping me in the loop, for great service, for great deal, will def see me again.

Sadly I had to cancel my order in the end, they have not been able to source the spokes in 3 weeks now, placed a order with another online store yesterday, will have the wheels by the end of the week, or early next week.
