At the rate we are going nobody is every going to get fit. Don't worry about us. We will be ok!

Oops what happened...I agree with Cav!

 

The group has indeed progressed to beyond Slow & Unfit especially if you look at the distances being done.

 

Will change the name at the end of October and introduce a new format for the new guys to the sport.

And I will always make sure to bring new riders up to speed with fitness and skills.

 

More and more people are turning to cycling and MTB specifically as a safe and fun form of excersise. However, many dont pull through due to incorrect setups or by bring scared of riding or by simply having a bad ride on their first trip out.

 

Everybody should be able to enjoy these rides. Nobody is ever too slow or too unfit to do these. The rides will always be free of charge and all I ask is that you show up with a positive attitude. A frown and a moan or the feelin that this is work means you aren't having fun.

 

I am also working out the details around a couples ride and training day where couples wanting to ride together are given a workshop on how to look beyond the issues of riding together and instead on how to enjoy it. It really does help to bring people closer together.

 

More will be added and revealed soon.
