So following an incident with a broken spoke I went through a short period where my spokes kept coming loose, so I took the wheel in to the local bike shop and asked them to sort it out.

Before I took the wheel in I had trued it myself on a number of occasions and always notice a very slight out of roundness on the wheel. Since I could not feel it while riding I left it.

Getting the wheel back from the LBS i'm sure the out of roundness is more pronounced. I cant say for sure that it is, but what I can say is that I now feel it when I ride.

Can it be fixed or is it new wheel time ?

I assume it happened because of the spokes, or the spokes broke because of the buckle.

Have a good look to see if it isn't the tyre that's out of round. If not, find a good bike shop.

The downside of keeping your profile super secret is that we don't know where you are and can't make a recommendation. Maybe you're in Siberia?
