PeterF Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Put the pads into a tin with some meths and set alight. I have done this before after I got some grease on my brake pads and it works.

I will try your solutions, starting with the easiest first, and see how far I get before my patience runs out Failing that I will take braailegend's advice and chuck the pads... So just go buy new pads then. Much easier than trying to clean and bake them...
