Just to make sure there are no misunderstandings:

This is my (and SIR M's) SLOOOOW base training ride as stated in post #6.

It is not the normal medium paced social ride. Anyone complains - they are welcome to join me on one of my very hard rides another evening.

Slick, I'd like to join you on a hard, fast ride sometime.

Fratelli 16h00.

We will do a slow loop around Emmerentia, possibly include Delta and then meet back at Fratelli between 17h15 and 17h30 to collect the stragglers.

I stay just down the road so if anyone needs lights we can collect them at this time.

Check you at 16:00

well, around 15:30 - 15:45.

Bothered by the return trip after the ride.

Yeah, a bit early for me. Otherwise might have joined.

Coming back you can always hit the road instead of that last section...

Awesome ride guys. Thanks to everyone. Was great seeing Hayley back on the bike.

Now to strip the frame and find that bloody knocking noise.

I thought it was related to your rear shock? Didn't it change or stop when you adjusted rebound speed...
