Cycling in Namimia

I am going on an unexpected trip to Namibia, Windhoek and the far north... Including Rehoboth, Gobabis, Grootfontein, Tsumeb, Oshakati, Ondangwa and possibly Katima Mulilo...

 

Does any body know of safe cycle-able +- 1-2hour routes in / around these towns? NEED to get training in this December...

You can cycle Grootfontein - Tsumeb off road , follow the Meteor signs and then sommer stop at the crater for a beer and few picks .
